I don’t think there is a better team than Beth and the 615 team! My husband and I decided we wanted to relocate to Nashville from New Jersey in August and started looking for an agent. Having had my real estate license in NJ, and working for a high volume team, I knew I had to do my research for a good agent, and I am so glad we found Beth. We contacted Beth on August 22 and closed on a house three weeks later on September 14. We told her we were hoping to have a quick close since we wanted to move down before October and she made sure things moved quickly and smoothly, without the purchase feeling rushed.
From our first phone call, Beth was very attentive, knowledgeable, and efficient. We told her we had a budget of 350k and she only sent us homes within our price point. We really appreciate that she respected our budget, which kept us in check (…we all know how easy it can be too look at nicer and pricier homes on Zillow and go down that rabbit hole!)

Although we knew our price point wasn’t the highest, Beth still made us feel like a priority; sending us listings and answering all of our questions. She took the time to send us video walk throughs of the homes and answered all the questions we had as first time home buyers.
Her team was also extremely prepared and such a pleasure to work with. Rachel, their transaction coordinator, was on top of everything. She was beyond organized and professional. She helped us schedule all of the inspections and made sure every step was taken promptly to ensure a smooth close.

Beth and her team had a list of recommended inspectors and a trusted lender, which was very convenient since we were moving from out of state.

As most know, buying (and selling) a home can be extremely stressful, but if you work with a team as prepared and organized as this one, the stress is alleviated and process becomes exciting, as it should be!

Overall, if you are looking for an agent, there is no need to look further, Beth and her team will make sure to take care of you and you will not regret working with them!

I don’t even know where to begin, I have too many good things to say about Beth! As a first time buyer I was very nervous and clueless about what goes into this. Beth was very hands on throughout the entire process and made me feel safe and comfortable making that important decision. She is very patient and knowledgeable about market and listens to what you need. Legit went way beyond realtor responsibilities and even after closing still helping me out. I don’t know how else to describe how comfortable she made me feel. Less than a month later I have my perfect place and can not be happier. Do yourself a favor, look no further.
