I have worked with Beth Cantor on two separate occasions (to buy and to sell a house) and she has done an excellent job both times! She been great in guiding me at all steps of the process, from identifying my needs and narrowing down the potential inventory, walk-throughs, inspections, mortgage applications, negotiations, to timely completion of all associated paperwork. She was even able to recommend me professionals whose services I needed for completion of the process.
