About Beth

Beth Chesak is married to her college sweetheart, Randy, and mom to Ben, Olivia, and two furry kids (Rebel and Gracie, her Shih Tzus). In Beth’s free time, she loves to travel, play tennis, walk, ride bikes throughout Deerwood or the beaches, eat out with friends, go to Mellow Mushroom for date night, watch HGTV and relax with a nice chardonnay.

Beth has a degree in Marketing from Stetson University and a former career in hotel advertising, but her most valuable experience comes from sixteen years of corporate relocations. Personally. Her family has moved six times. Each time they had a long weekend to find a home only to sell it 1-1/2 to 5 years later to go to the next job. Like anyone going through a real estate move, Beth experienced lots of emotions, friendships, compromises, and renovations. With each purchase, Beth got smarter and sold with a greater profit.

Specifically, Beth learned that staging/decorating and curb appeal are game changers. They can be done at any budget level, and they always pay off with quicker sales and better offers. Taking care of clients is Beth’s priority and they can reach her very quickly by phone, text, or email.
