When my wife, Heather, and I were getting married in 2002, we used Washington Fine Properties to help us find our first home. We used WFP again to sell our home when we relocated away from the region a few years later. We were so delighted with those early WFP experiences in the early 2000s that we wanted to find another WFP agent to help us when we were relocating back to the area two decades later (in 2022). Beth Cleveland fit the bill on all counts. While she is professional, experienced, knowledgeable, kind, trustworthy, and empathetic (all characteristics that we greatly valued with our original WFP agent many years ago), we most appreciated her steadfast dedication to addressing our objectives and constraints, as well as committing to take the time necessary to ensure that we would be satisfied with the outcome. She also nicely balanced the big picture with an appropriate focus on important details. We never felt rushed. We always felt comfortable that she would make the time to help us thoroughly explore our options and to carefully consider how best to structure offers that we made along the way. My sense is that she also had a nice touch working with listing agents, building rapport and trust while also ensuring that our objectives were clearly communicated. We always felt like she prioritized our interests, and we were very pleased with the ultimate outcome. Beth’s expert assistance and thoughtful approach were especially critical in the midst of the volatile, fast-moving mid-2022 real estate market in Northern Va. Thank you, Beth!

Beth Cleveland is among the very top real estate agents that we have come across over the past 20 years. Beth was recommended to me for the first time by one of my colleagues as we were starting a two-phase move from North Dakota to Virginia in the summer of 2019. She successfully helped me find an apartment for the first phase of our move. During this first transition, Beth impressed us with her professionalism, kindness, integrity, promptness, meticulousness, and listening skills. More than a year later, we were ready to make the second move and, sure enough, we solicited the help of Beth Cleveland. In addition to the qualities mentioned above, we discovered even more impressive attributes that Beth posses. One of these attributes is her ability to conduct research and provide accurate data/information on whatever topic related to real estate in VA including radon levels, radon mitigation, services, property taxes, insurance, etc. With Beth, its was very easy to make data-driven decisions. We would strongly recommend Beth without any hesitation.

Beth is a fantastic agent: she brought deep expertise and a personal approach, and she went above and beyond. After seeing a neighborhood home that she listed and sold a year earlier, we knew that she would be the right agent as she paid attention to all the details. We had been vacillating on when to sell, and she helped us make the right decision on timing. When we had a family emergency in the middle of moving out, she was very sympathetic and identified options to keep us sane and on schedule. Most importantly, of course, was her expertise in staging, listing and marketing our home. While it was a hot market, she did not take anything for granted and did a full marketing campaign. We’ve talked to many people who also sold their homes, and did not anywhere near the level of commitment. We sold over listing price within days, and had a smooth transaction thanks to Beth watching and helping with details. We cannot recommend Beth highly enough!
