Beth Danese

Licensed in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, realtor Beth Danese’s cumulative sales recently topped $50,000,000. Known for her ability to work collaboratively with clients and advise them with the highest degree of professionalism, Beth has strong repeat and referral business from clients on both sides of the Delaware River. The range of properties she has represented in Bucks and Hunterdon counties spans all price points and housing categories, from estate-level residences to entry-level condominiums and townhouses. “I understand how important it is to listen to my clients, whether I’m working with buyers or sellers. Every listing and every purchase is important to that client, no matter the price point,” says Beth. Her clients appreciate her strong organizational skills, her patience in matters of contracts and negotiations and the investments she makes in marketing their homes. Beth was born in San Antonio, Texas, and grew up in Newtown, Pa., in Bucks County, before earning her bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Delaware. She worked as an operations manager for UBS Financial before transitioning to pharmaceutical advisory board and meeting planning and ultimately to real estate sales. She has been a 20+ year resident of New Hope. A longtime dog owner, she donates to numerous animal rescue organizations along with the Veterans of the Purple Heart and various local cultural organizations.
