Beth is not only a realtor but she is someone who cares about her clients!! Normally house hunting is stressful, but Beth makes the experience so much fun, smooth and most importantly no stress!! As first time home lookers, she’s been nothing but AMAZING. To take time out of her busy schedule to help us drive around and check out houses, we are soo grateful we have chosen her to help us find our forever home!! As first time homebuyers, we could not have asked for a better experience with Beth! She was so helpful in guiding us throughout the entire process and listening to our priorities. She used her expertise and wealth of knowledge to offer guidance and suggestions and ultimately helped us find the perfect spot. Buying a home is an exciting and scary process but Beth made it seamless (and fun!), explaining everything to us at each step and making sure we closed on time. Beth is an outstanding realtor! She was fantastic and a joy to work with throughout our home search and purchase. I feel very fortunate that Beth was on my team. We were first time homebuyers and she made sure that we were comfortable every step of the way. She made sure we understood everything that was happening- on our end and the sellers end at all times. Status updates arrived within minutes and were constant throughout escrow. Beth did a great job listening to our wants and addressed them in a professional manner while sharing her advice and guidance. I have friends and family that have gone through a terrible home purchasing process, and thankfully I cannot say the same. Beth puts forth great effort to ensure offers stand out. Thank to Beth, our second offer was accepted in 8 calendar days of home searching. Escrow closed on time with no complications in no small part due to Beth. Highly recommend Beth as a realtor.
