Beth Fortunato Team

Beth & Jim Fortunato moved to the peaceful, coastal community of Hampstead,NC in January of 1996. Moving here from Long Island, NY was a very wise choice! After Beth graduated from SUNY Brockport where she majored in Health & Geriatric Recreation and Hofstra University where she received a Master's Degree in Gerontology, she pursued a career working with retirees and their families. Upon relocating to Hampstead, Beth worked with Jim (a custom home builder) to establish Fortunato Builders, Inc. The marketing aspects of new home construction combined with a desire to help people relocate/retire to this wonderful area led Beth to obtain her North Carolina Real Estate Brokers License in 1998 and join Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage. Daughter Katie became the Client Care Manager in 2002. Jim obtained his Brokers License in 2005 and together, with Katie, they have been providing top quality customer service to their clients ever since!
