Beth would like to toot her own horn by saying that she has had her license since 1990, and her experience matters! It is her opinion that the biggest mistake sellers make is focusing on marketing when choosing an agent. The thing that is difficult to quantify and explain the importance of, is structuring a complex negotiation. Beth is extremely proud of the work she has done for clients that they may not be able to even fully appreciate. The deal mostly gets hard when it falls apart, right? There are lots of real estate agents willing to practice on clients because, “they don’t know what they don’t know.” Beth knows what they do not!

Working with buyers is very satisfying work and lots of fun! She learns so much about her clients and their families, and it makes them matter to her above and beyond the transaction. Beth knows that her clients appreciate and rely on her expertise in the market, and she appreciates the validation more than she can say
