Beth helped my son and daughter in law find a beautiful home last fall. in the spring i contacted Beth to help sell my home. She gave some great pre sale advice which I acted upon and two months later i put it on the market. It sold in 4 days to a wonderful family who will make it a great home.

My husband and I chose to go with Beth after talking to multiple agents and we felt comfortable with her right away. Our home search was in the North Hills area of Pittsburgh. Boy, we did not choose wrong! Beth was AMAZING. She was very quick to respond, patient with us and our needs, and took us to every house we wanted to see. I have a difficult work schedule but she got is in late and on weekends to make sure we got to see any listing that interested us.

This was our first home hunt and she really helped us navigate the thought process of buying a home, what to look for, what to beware of. Honesty and directness in real estate is important and she checked all those boxes. She always had our best interest in mind. I can't speak enough praises about how great Beth was. When we someday sell the home she will surely be our listing agent and I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat.
