The Post License class with Beth Heflin was fabulous. Beth structured the course so that it allowed her students to develop a working knowledge of forms and programs that will be utilized in their daily real estate career. She was also extremely knowledgeable in ways to market your business and was open to ideas and suggestions to make the class meaningful. Beth is amazing hands down!! We came from out of State to house hunt with just 3 days to look at homes and we crammed in as many as we could. She organized everything to keep from driving all across town to town and dealt with all our craziness when we changed minds 5 million times. We put an offer in one house that countered a few times. Changed our minds and went for house 2. Our lender was a nightmare and we missed our closing date but Beth pulled everything through and we didn't lose our house! She was fantastic to work with and answered all our questions even after closing. I would highly recommend Beth to anyone looking! Highly professional and organized and made everything a smooth process.

I have not personally used Beth as a realtor, but she sold my grandma’s house and done a wonderful job doing so, she also sold it quickly and this was before Covid. I did have the pleasure of having her as a teacher at Rocket City School of Real Estate, she did a fabulous job, to any one searching for a Listing or Buyer’s Agent, I would definitely recommend Beth, also if you are looking to obtain your Real Estate License I would recommend her as well!!!

As an out of state buyer I couldn't travel to Huntsville on a regular basis to find the right home given that they list and go under contract within a matter of days. How often do you sell your house? Im not an expert in real estate marketing or sales. They say when you love your job it isn’t work, and you can tell that Beth loves her job. She went above and beyond to find the perfect home for us. Beth is knowledgeable of not only the different areas but of what needs to be considered when buying a home. We had late nights and early mornings driving in every direction to fine the one.
