I love time with family and friends, the beach, reading, dogs, cats, chickens (we had 8 in the back yard at one time!), and just enjoying life in general!

I started with RE/MAX Peninsula in 2005, working with my mother - Lila Nicolls. (She's been in the business since 1980!) In 2018 I got my North Carolina Broker's License and teamed up with RE/MAX Coastal Associates. So I'm ready to find your dream house from southeastern Virginia to northeastern North Carolina - that includes the Outer Banks if you're looking for that beach house!

I started in a "Seller's market" and have worked through into a "Buyer's market." I have had some interesting experiences with short sales, foreclosures, bank and corporate owned homes, and estate sales. Every sale is unique, and I enjoy seeing it through to the end.
