Beth Hurewitz is amazing! She is a metaphysical real estate agent. I was buying a home in an area 3 hours from where I was living and working full time, was not able to drop everything to go look at a house. Not a problem for Beth! Any home that I was interested in, she would contact the seller’s agent immediately and schedule a walkthrough in less than 24 hours, which is important with today’s market. She did video walkthroughs and was very thorough, pointing out not only the positives but negatives as well. When I would get discouraged because my offer wasn’t accepted, she was there with encouragement and support. When I found a house, she went back to her office and wrote up/sent an offer that night. She maintained contact with the other agent during the entire process. After my offer was accepted, she was busy scheduling the inspections, contacting my mortgage broker, etc. I have recommended Beth to both my son and daughter, who are planning on relocating with their families within the next year. You will not go wrong with Beth, she’s wonderful.
