As a fitness trainer for 25 years, what I loved most was helping my clients set and realize their goals. Every person is unique in their approach to fitness, just as every real estate client is unique in the way they either want to buy or sell their home. No two clients, no two houses, no two transactions are the same! That is the blessing of the real estate business. What drives me is helping people reach their goals, and I go about it in a way that is relational, effective, instructive and productive. I am not a pushy salesperson - the right house sells itself. My goal is that my clients are happy in the end, and loved the experience enough to refer me to their friends. To that end, I will work hard for my buyers to find the best possible home, negotiate the best possible deal, and guide them to the closing table with a smile on their faces. As a listing agent, I have vast experience with presenting the home in the best possible light, including staging and photography, and I am aggressive in my marketing techniques. I work with a strong support team of lenders, title agents, and closing attorneys, and have a vast network of service providers, making me the full-service agent of your dreams! I hold the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and MRP (Military Relocation Professional) certifications. I live in Inverness with my husband of 28+ years, and we are active in the community and in our church. My three grown sons also live in the Birmingham area. In my off time, I enjoy fitness, fly fishing, traveling, and home renovating.
