Beth and her team did a phenomenal job getting our house ready for market and launching it on New Year's Eve. It was terrible timing on my part but she even put together a contest to give a bottle of champagne to the first 12 brokers to arrive, and boy did they arrive. We had multiple offers and ended up selling for over asking due to Beth's amazing negotiation skills. Beth helped me feel in control while also giving me the support I needed to make sound decisions. I could not more highly recommend her services.
