When I first corresponded with Beth Lopez I was not too fond of realtors. However, the professional attitude and energy Beth has, have made the journey easy and swift. She assisted every step of the way, even beating me to some resources! The apartments she showed were nice, but the one my daughters and I have is Beautiful and Spacious! I couldn't have asked for a better, more focused, communicative and diligent realtor. I will definitely refer her to my friends and family when they need her. Hearts and hugs all around!

During this whole Covid and market craziness, my husband and I had the opportunity to work with Beth L. She was absolutely the best agent I’ve had the pleasure to work with, during the time we worked with her, she made accommodations to the best of her ability to view houses. At the time we were living in NYC. Traveling during days off, holidays, “sick days” all to see houses suddenly spring up and we knew wouldn’t last a day in the market. Beth was very nice, knowledgeable, confident in her opinions, thanks to her and her support we evaded a purchase we could have regretted. We followed our gut instinct, she agreed and supported us and kept looking. We drove her crazy for about 3 months. If we couldn’t meet her, she would instantly set us up with her co-worker. Anything to give us a fighting chance in landing a home for our family. We had her traveling all around the CT map and we’re extremely grateful that she was flexible enough to make it happen. She didn’t rush us, she made us feel completely at ease and supported. At times we felt bad texting her at 8-9pm at night but there she was, texting us back info on a house. Signing forms for us. Post purchase, she has followed up on us. That truly makes me feel like a person not just another customer. I’d recommend her to anybody, friend, family, or any city person still looking to purchase in CT ;)
