My wife and I met Beth at an open house and asked her about flood zones in Huntington Beach.  We were impressed when Beth went to City Hall Planning the very next day and forwarded to us FEMA flood zone information and photos of the wall map that delineated where flood insurance is required.  Her quick response, clear communication and warm personality won us over.
