Beth joined SK Commercial in January of 2022 as an Associate with a focus on Office Services and Land Development. Prior to joining SK, Beth combined her experience with commercial interior architecture, corporate sales, and real estate to start her own business purchasing, flipping, and assembling rental portfolios to be acquired by developers of the residential and multi-family industries. With a desire to further her passion for assemblage and land development, she is in the process of obtaining her Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) Designation with the REALTORS® Land Institute. The ALC Designation is the only land-specific designation backed by the National Association of REALTORS®. An ALC Broker has in-depth knowledge of the market, site selection process, financial/investment analysis, and utilizing tax strategies through 1031 Exchanges. Beth also actively serves on the committee for Government and Affairs of the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS® and REALTORS® Land Institute, as well as serves on the Short-Term Rental Owners of Georgia Board. Along with her want to serve professionally, she also serves her community personally. For over four years she has organized and hosted the annual walk for the A21 Campaign - Walk for Freedom – to raise awareness around the impact of Human Trafficking, not only in her hometown of Atlanta but globally. She is an active member with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Young Leaders Peachtree Society, Junior League of Atlanta, and Wellspring.
