Beth and I worked together for about 5 years and i cannot stress enough how amazing she is. She was managing my property while i lived out of state and she treated my property as her own. She is very proactive in ensuring all documents were prepped for new tenants and finding new tenants. She was instrumental in handing my HOA and being the go to person for them and the tenant. Beth is very well connected and knows contractors for any job from appliances replacement, painting etc. Beth's professionalism is unmatched, she is a great communicator ,treats people with respect and a great agent. When it was time for me to sell the property Beth was able to list the property that was under contract in under a week and settled within 25 days!! As an agent she is not pushy and focuses on listening to the clients needs and finding what is suitable for the client. I look forward to working with Beth in the future!
