Beth was absolutely amazing in helping us find our dream home. It was a really tough market when we were buying (both expensive and low inventory), and any time we were remotely interested in a home, Beth responded promptly with research on the home and got our showing scheduled if that was what we wanted to do. One of my favorite things about Beth is that she really listens to what you want and works tirelessly to help you find it. Trust is everything when it comes to buying or selling your home, and I always trusted that she had our best interests in mind. She went above and beyond in negotiations, even working out a very complicated easement situation on our property to get our best case scenario. Beth is simply amazing! She is knowledgeable and looks out for your best interest. I was unaware of the entire process of buying a house, but she explained it all to me and ensured I understood! TLDR - straightforward, efficient, puts the client first

Beth was AMAZING. As first time homebuyers, the process was very daunting, but having an agent like Beth was a game changer.

She first impressed me when she showed us a property and, rather than just trying to sell us the first house we saw, went through the house with us inspecting everything and gave us an honest estimate of what it would cost to renovate the house to turnkey level.

Over the course of a few years she showed us various properties, wrote safe but competitive bids during the craziest days of the housing market, and helped us close on our new home, which ended up being the perfect home for us.

She guided us every step of the way and provided us with information and recommendations above and beyond what was required. Anytime we sent her an email or text with a question, we got a response within the hour, usually within minutes.

5/5 stars. I'd recommend her to anyone without hesitation.

Beth helped us both sell our first home and move into our current home. She was patient with explanations, preemptively guided us on all the paperwork and check lists, and didn't sugar coat her advice when correcting our misconceptions or what we should be expect in the hight of the "crazy housing market". I would (and have) recommend her to any of my family or friends looking for a realtor in or near Atlanta. She also gives great house warming gifts!

Can I give her ten stars? Beth Nix deserves much more than a measly 5 star review! Beth has excellent knowledge about the area and her prompt replies and dedication to us got our offer negotiated and accepted immediately. If she took just one hour in delay, another couple would have had their offer in and we would have gotten into a bidding war that would’ve cost us tens of thousands of dollars or lost the house of our dreams completely. She reminded me of things I forgot and was 110% on the ball with every detail. It was so easy working with Beth- I can’t recommend her enough. Thank you so much, Beth Nix! You’re the best!
