Choosing her career path in real estate has been the best decision. Beth is able to assist in the purchase of a home as well as the planning with the design of your new home. Beth grew up learning all about construction and assisting her dad in some simple construction tasks. From attaching kitchen cabinet knobs to carrying boards and rolling drop cords. Drawing a house on paper and watching it progress through all stages of construction became the highlight of her visits. Beth’s husband, Chris has been building and remodeling homes since he graduated high school in 2000. He started working for some contractors around Sioux City before working for a top-notch framing company in Omaha. He has continued working construction from small remodel jobs to new construction homes and businesses. They are blessed with three daughters that keep us busy in sports and activities. Beth thinks she may have one of them in love with home design just about as much as she is. After selling real estate and building homes in SE South Dakota and NW Iowa, they moved back to the Des Moines area where Beth calls home. Her dad and brother have been building custom homes for over 20 years throughout central Iowa. Beth’s brother’s business, Platinum Design + Build is pretty fantastic, if she says so herself. Together, with their construction and home building experience plus her interior decorating and real estate experience, they make a top-notch team to plan your next dream home.
