Beth Ostrander is the best real estate agent that I have heard of or can imagine. To me, selling a house can be a very daunting proposition. To accomplish a move correctly with optimal results is a large effort with many steps to hurdle between deciding to sell and final closing. I don't know how we could have achieved it without Beth's knowledge and guidance. There were many people involved in our move from getting an inspection, getting issues addressed as needed by structural engineer, plumber, electrician, HVAC, painters. Beth was a great help to recommend reliable contractors to perform all tasks at a reasonable cost.

Since we are 75, we also needed help sifting through all of our accumulated stuff and route it to an auctioneer, charity, trash or temporary storage. Again, Beth had resources to recommend to help us for all of the tasks. I cannot imagine how we could have muddled through the move without her.

When we finally ready to sell, Beth's keen knowledge of the market helped us set a great asking price for today's market and the house sold very quickly. Offers were submitted within a day or two.

Beth was outstanding, from the very first house she showed us to the close of our new home in Chestertown. We moved from out of state and had some pretty strange timing and availability issues that she always remained calm and collective about and more importantly professional. We dealt with a couple of realtors prior to working with Beth and were thrilled after her first showing, that we had found her. Her insight to the Maryland Eastern Shore and Delaware were critical to our making a purchase and we highly recommend her.

Amazing job done by a true professional.. as out of state sellers Beth truly made the selling of my Mother's house and adjacent lots so easy because of her promptness in returning my calls any time of day or night and agreeing to go out to the house to allow services to be done to get it to closing..always so cheerful and positive..made the entire process a dream come true.. highly recommend her knowledge and can get it done attitude in buying or selling.
