Beth moved to Seattle in 1990 from the Midwest and considers herself a true local now. She earned a BA of Fine Art from Seattle University with an emphasis on art history and design & studied abroad in Florence, Italy. She worked for a short time as an Art Gallery manager before embarking on a Real Estate career in 2004.
Real Estate brings together everything she loves; architecture, interior design, staging, marketing, contracts & negotiation as well as working with a diverse clientele. "I love to hear everyone's story and where they want to go, so I can help them get there", she explains. Beth and her Team create a personalized Master Plan for every client in order to accomplish thier real estate goals and overcome any obstacles.
Beth is a former Real Estate coach, member of the National Assoc. of Realtor and Women's Council of Realtors, Accredited Staging Professional and Certified Residential Specialist. She also specializes as a Mediation Broker for Estate & Divorce sales. She earned the Million Dollar Sales award her first year in real estate and several awards throughout her career.
When she has free time, she loves to be an "Urban Explorer" and enjoys getting to know the history of locations. Along with her husband Ray, they like to visit with thier adult children and friends, golf, explore new restaurants & wineries, attend local theater events, karaoke (Beth used to sing in bands), attend concerts, paddle board, biking, go boating and healthy cooking.
Beth is also a member of the Soroptimist Women's Society which raise funds & award grants to local women in need, and is a member of the non profit Eagles and Elks organizations.
