About Beth

Having moved to SC from CA in 2005 Beth has found this was the best decision she could have ever made. She loves the areas of the Grand Strand and Pee Dee and she finds new places to explore every day. She was a CFO of a large Trucking and Crane company in California for many years, and invested in property there. When the cost of living got so high that she felt the need to try new things, she moved to SC and got her Real Estate license. It has been uphill growth & struggles since then and she loves it. She got into the REO end of the real estate market in 2006 and found a niche that is fulfilling for her. While requiring a lot of work and time, she loves the industry and enjoy helping people in those situations. She also has progressed over the years to helping with listing and selling traditional properties and have gained extensive knowledge in all areas. Having bought the business in 2008 she has grown it from 2 agents to 21 agents and two full time office staff. The business remains a small family oriented company and hold values of home and family close.
