Beth Sargent’s family has been involved in real estate locally for over 40 years, and she always felt like it was the right career path for her. She began working in a real estate office while in high school, helping with paperwork and filling in for the administrative assistants, before getting her license in 2005. During her early days as a REALTOR®, Beth learned the ins and outs of the business while being mentored by one of the leading associates in the area. Nearly two decades later, she attributes her success today to that foundational experience, as she understands all aspects of the business and customers’ needs from all angles. Beth has since obtained her broker license as well, which has furthered her knowledge of, and fueled her love for, the real estate industry.
Over the course of her prosperous career, Beth has assisted customers at all price points, from historic homes and multimillion-dollar waterfront estates to first-time homeowners and Veterans Affairs loans. She truly enjoys her experience with all her buyers and sellers because they are all unique in their needs and real estate goals. Understanding that the journey is as much about the customer, their families, their future, and their financial wellbeing as it is about the transaction, Beth strongly believes that how she makes people feel is just as important than what she does as a real estate advisor. While making certain that a buyer or seller closes successfully, she also strives to make the process as simple and stress-free as possible for her customers.
Beth prides herself on being both knowledgeable and ethical in her practice of real estate. Her transparent communication and cooperative nature ensure that she and her customers arrive smoothly at the closing table with a smile. Beth is a member of the Venice Area Board of REALTORS® and REALTORS® of Punta Gorda-Port Charlotte-North Port-DeSoto.
A resident of Port Charlotte, Beth’s hobbies include reading and listening to audiobooks, practicing yoga, and traveling. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and being involved in her children’s sports and activities. An active member of various community organizations, she previously served as the chairperson for the Venice SKY Academy board of directors, and currently serves as chairperson of the advisory board for the Franz Ross Park YMCA. Beth is also a member of the Charlotte County Chamber of Commerce and a 2023 graduate of its Leadership Charlotte program.
