Beth Schultz

Beth earned her MA in Communication Studies/Public Relations and taught as an adjunct professor for 12 years (as well as a self-proclaimed St. Louis history buff) giving her the needed background and expertise validated through her remarkable success in residential and commercial real estate.

Beth brings a dovetailed approach blending her personal touch, enthusiastic love of her job, and nonstop energy with creating a true client partnership. Beth specializes in all areas of St. Louis City and St. Louis County as she lives in the Central Corridor with her husband and four kids allowing her first-hand knowledge of current market trends, schools, neighborhoods, and everything fantastic St. Louis has to offer (especially delicious food and beverages).

For Beth, her success is attributed to taking the process of homeownership and sale to heart knowing families will begin to make memories, while some will transition to empty nesters, leaving something behind ~ all of whom are cared for specific to their individual hopes and needs. From a first-time home buyer to a seasoned veteran, all of Beth’s clients are treated as partners and friends working together to ensure every detail is perfect.
