Yes, we bought our first house utilizing FaceTime…and we absolutely love our new home! We were relocating our family from Santa Monica, CA to Franklin, TN and Beth was simply outstanding! She probably showed us over 20 homes using FaceTime and was extremely patient and thoughtful with us for those showings. It actually helped that we were utilizing the FaceTime on my wife’s Mac Book, a much bigger screen than a cell phone. Ironically, we were outbid on a home for $2,500, yet that Agent reached out to Beth about another pocket listing that he had. We viewed the off market listing and absolutely loved it! So, we closed and love the house, the neighborhood, the pool and the location, no buyers remorse at all. Beth lives in Franklin , she knows Franklin, and is a huge resource if you are looking to buy or sell in Middle Tennessee.

We had our home listed prior to The Shearon Sells Team for several months and were not able to sell it. Once we met with Beth and Joe, we were confident that they would be able to get the house sold and we were right. They worked from the beginning to get our house listed in as many places as they could, and we had people looking at it again the first weekend. Within the 2nd month they had it listed we received 2 offers, we accepted the 2nd offer and our house is now sold. They also have a great person in the office Jessica who kept us posted on everything whenever Beth or Joe were busy with other clients. This meant that they were able to take care of all of their clients' needs without hesitation. We highly recommend The Shearon Sells Team for all of your real estate needs.
