Beth Waller has been a friend of my family for many years, and a family member recommended I contact her when I needed to sell my home. However, I quickly learned of her outstanding reputation from others. After this experience, I can now say that not only is she a wonderful person, she's a phenomenal sales agent. I was impressed by her aggressive, yet fair approach to selling my house. We had an offer within 4 hours of the first showing and it was under contract within a few days of listing. Her listing was beautifully done and her marketing skills are superb. I would wholeheartedly recommend Beth and her team. They are thorough and caring, and they excel at what they do.

I choose Beth Waller after reading her advertisements in the Warren Sentinel for several months. I noted that Beth also offered seminars about Real Estate. I' pre-interviewed two other realtors to determine what their approach would be to the sale of my property. Beth Wallers approach was energetic, enthusiastic and comprehensive. The descriptive introductory package that included auxiliary services that could be provided, plus short contract time convinced me to give her a try. A try that was well-rewarded with a quick sale above the listing price. Beth's integrity and commitment to her client impressed me. I have already recommended her to several friends.

As most people know, house hunting can be a very stressful process! I began my house hunting experience in late 2012 with Beth Waller and Jennifer Avery, Team Waller! Being a first time home buyer, I had lots of questions and Beth was professional, patient, kind, caring, and most importantly flexible! She was always able to meet me at any time of day or night to accommodate my busy work schedule and help me through each step to find my dream home. The thing that was most important to me was that Beth and Jen were never pushy. They let me take my time and look at the homes I picked out and not the homes they picked for me. I was lucky enough to have found my home about 6 months after I began my search and they were with me every step of the way leading up to the day of closing. It is truly evident that they care about you as a person, they both still keep in touch with me and have sent cards for holidays and birthdays.
