Bethany Behrmann

As a child, Asheville was Bethany's second home. Some of her favorite memories are backpacking in N. Mills River and square dances at Brevard’s Silvermont Park. She began her journey into Asheville real estate in 2009 after a 12-year international sales career.

She believes that breaking into real estate during a down market taught her great lessons in creative marketing, customer service, and hard negotiating. As a Real Estate Advisor, she stays current on the latest trends and uses her knowledge to get clients the best possible outcome. As a Managing Broker her priorities are creating and maintaining a culture of professionalism and an environment where the needs of clients always come first. She feels fortunate to have a team who genuinely put the needs of their clients above their own and who also extend that same principle to fellow Advisors.

Besides real estate, she is passionate about travel and has lived abroad in Mexico, Hungary, England, and Canada. She never tires of visiting new places and learning about new cultures. As her husband is from Hamburg, Germany and her daughter is from Riga, Latvia she is well versed in navigating cultural nuances and enjoys using her international background and skills in helping her clients. She feels blessed to be working in a field she loves, in one of the most beautiful areas of the country.
