Hi, I’m Bethany. I’ve basically been working since I could see over a countertop—my first job at 13 in a neighborhood restaurant taught me how to hustle, serve people well, and carry way too many plates at once. After a successful run in pharmaceutical and medical sales (and buying and selling more of my own homes than I care to admit), I finally followed the pull toward real estate, and I’ve never looked back.

Since jumping in full time in 2016, I’ve earned awards every single year and now rank in the top 1% of Realtors locally and nationally. Translation: I take ridiculously good care of my clients, and people notice. My signature move? Concierge-level service that makes the entire process feel smooth, supported, and surprisingly enjoyable. I’m all about communication, clarity, and getting you the best results with the least stress humanly possible.

• The aging population + their families:
Helping someone decide whether to age in place, right-size, or move into the perfect retirement community is a big deal. I’ve lived this firsthand—moving my own parents out of the home they loved for 37 years—so I bring a blend of compassion, strategy, and “deep breath, we’ve got this” energy to the whole journey.

• The bougie crowd (aka luxury):
Luxury isn’t just about a price point—it’s a vibe. It’s elevated staging, thoughtful pricing, beautiful marketing, and knowing exactly how to position a home so it shines. Luxury clients want someone who is proactive, polished, discreet, and unfazed by high expectations. That’s me. I blend white-glove service with real-human warmth… think “champagne taste, corgi hair on my clothes.”

• Clients navigating divorce:
Divorce is messy, emotional, and overwhelming. I’ve lived it—raising three kids while working through my own. I show up steady, neutral, communicative, and patient, helping clients move forward with clarity and dignity while making the logistics feel less intimidating.

These niches require empathy, finesse, high emotional intelligence, and the kind of calm that only comes from real-life experience. That’s where I shine—and honestly, it’s where my heart is.

When I’m not guiding clients through big life transitions, you’ll probably find me at a swim meet yelling louder than intended, in my kitchen feeding my people (and anyone smart enough to show up hungry), or snuggling my three fluffy corgis—Samson, Delilah, and Cessna. I love a good workout, a great book, traveling, serving the community, and anything involving water. If there’s a lake, ocean, river, or pool nearby, I’m already splashing in it.
