Beth joined the real estate industry in 2013, first as a marketing manager for a top-producing team. She then spent 5 years working for a mortgage company, which taught her the nuances of financing, and has proven to be extremely helpful when writing competitive offers for buyer clients. She then teamed up with her husband and co-agent, Ryan Dillight, and they've enjoyed building a community with and for their clients -- the relationship doesn't end at closing and they love staying in touch and offering support to their clients for years to come.
