Bethany McKay, here is what I can tell you about her. She was the only one who took my call when I reached out to her from out of state to learn more about income property opportunity in Tennessee. She didn’t have to, she is crazy busy with everyone in the country having the same idea, but yet she took time to educate me on the market conditions, stayed in touch, tailored her search for me based on criteria I presented, and spent a lot of time scouting out properties and taking me to them. She clearly values her clients, and loves this job for more than the paycheck. She spends quality time with her clients, and in the real estate business where clients are just a number, she is a rarity.
