*Transferred from Zillow* Bought and sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $575K in Easton, CT. Betsy Conti was an absolutely amazing broker to work with. We worked with Betsy to both sell our home and buy a new one. Betsy took the time to understand both my husband and my needs when it came to buying a new home, and within months we found the house of our dreams. Because we found a house sooner than expected, we were also under enormous pressure to sell our current house. Betsy balanced the fact that we needed to sell the house quickly, but that we also did not want to desperately compromise on price. As first time home buyers, my husband and I had a big (and very particular) wish list and a limited budget. Betsy was extremely responsive to all of our needs and helped us find a really great home. Not only was she knowledgeable about the neighborhoods we were looking in and resale value, but she also pointed out when there was something we should look out for such as structural/physical aspects (water in the basement, termites, etc.). Betsy's easy going personality and great sense of humor took the stress out of house hunting. She actually turned what can be a sometimes nerve wracking time for first time buyers into a fun experience. Negotiations went quickly on our purchase and we were very pleased. We bought first so it was very important that we sell in a reasonable amount of time. We only owned two homes for 1 month! The month overlap actually was very positive giving us time to move a lot of our stuff ourselves.

Even though there was an accepted offer on that house, she helped me find a great house at a great price in a great area. Being brand new to the east coast, she did not try to sell me what I did not want nor push me into anything. She is a great realtor and an even more fantastic person. I recommend her to anyone looking for their new place to call home.
