You know you have complete trust and confidence in a realtor if you use her not only once but twice, as in our case, to sell family homes.. Betsy is a dream realtor and a true pleasure to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable, does extensive research on your home to avoid last minute costly surprises, and is truthful in her representations. Betsy is both respectful to her clients and the home itself. She is responsive, a great listener, has great communication skills, has great knowledge of the market and is a master negotiator. She does it all while maintaining very good relationships with the other players involved in the transaction. Betsy was incredible to work with! She helped us find out dream home. She is punctual, honest, and extremely reliable. She did an amazing job of finding us homes to look at online, researching the areas and the school districts, and scheduling us showings during Thanksgiving week.
