Betsy Jarrett is the absolute superstar in my book. She helped me get it listed made sure that it was in good shape for the photography session including an aerial drone showing the entire property. We decided on asking price together and she posted it for that and she had it sold in 2 days I mean in only 2 days she sold my property for $8,500 more than I was asking for.
If you want a rock solid professional who cares about you and puts you first I highly recommend Betsy Jarrett at Crye-Leike

Betsy did an awesome job of helping me sell my home while I was away in Texas. She kept me informed and helped me with all the logistics involved in selling cross country. It takes much of the anxiety away of selling a house when working with someone knowledgeable and that is on top of the details.

Betsy was fantastic to work with! We lived out of state and were moving to Alabama. We requested her to video some houses for us and she was more than willing to meet our unusual requests. We could not have done any of this without Betsy! This is our first home purchase and she navigated us through everything from loan program options and what to expect along the way in every arena. In the area we live houses were getting multiple offers the first day & very hard to win the bid. The house we ended up choosing was a for sale by owner and had multiple people bidding as well. Betsy worked late on a Sunday night to write the offer and with her expert advice on how to proceed we got the bid! She made sure everything went smooth with the seller and made sure the expected home inspection items were handled. She stayed in constant contact with us and always answered promptly anytime we had a question. We highly recommend her if you are buying or selling!
