Betsy Lawrence

Originally hailing from Concord, MA, after twenty years on Boston’s North Shore, and a lifetime of summers in Nonquitt, Betsy became a full time resident in 2012. She designed and built her home and set out to share with others her passion for the South Coast. She credits her career experience in college recruiting, independent school admissions/development, running a small business and property management for her listening skills, her keen sense of knowing what people are looking for, and sense of place. Betsy has sold significant properties in Nonquitt, Mishaum Point, the village of Padanaram, Dartmouth and Westport.

Betsy makes things happen, gracefully. At Middlesex School, she was in the first graduating class of girls and at Colgate University she helped found the Women’s Rugby team. She is a past trustee of Middlesex, Nashoba Brooks School of Concord and Stoneridge Montessori. She is an active volunteer at Our Sisters' School in New Bedford, and involved with The Narrows Center for the Arts in Fall River, and the Garden Club of Buzzards Bay. With her daughter-turned-investment-banker out of the house, she is enjoying empty-nesthood with a burly black lab named Enzo.
