Betsy Leishman

Betsy’s background in social services and teaching laid the foundation for her success in real estate. Before moving to Washington, Betsy earned a degree in Family Human Development with an emphasis on Community Service. She spent years advocating for clients as a caseworker and by establishing a county-wide crisis line for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Upon relocating to Washington, Betsy worked as a substitute teacher, earning a reputation for her unique ability to connect with others by creating inviting, safe, and comfortable spaces where people feel heard.

Now an experienced real estate professional, Betsy has helped numerous clients buy and sell homes, specializing in assisting first-time homebuyers, individuals downsizing, and those relocating out of state. She is passionate about empowering her clients through education and guidance, ensuring they feel confident every step of the way. Known for her trustworthiness, drive, and resilience, Betsy is committed to making the home-buying or selling process seamless and rewarding.

When she’s not working, Betsy stays busy as a dance and robotics mom, shuttling her kids to activities. She enjoys reading, playing the ukulele, exploring the outdoors, and attending events at The Paramount Theater with her family as a season ticket holder.
