About Betsy
Fort Worth is a mix of Cowboys and culture, old business, and new opportunities. Also known as "Cowtown", the entire city has embraced its past and celebrates the city "where the West begins". In residential real estate, the Tanglewood office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage – Dallas/Fort Worth, adopted a similar business model of honoring the past and focusing on delivering effective home marketing and buyer representation. Betsy Senter, managing broker, and Moiri Brown, co-manager, helped lead the office to become the Number One office in 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2012 out of all of Coldwell Banker – Dallas/Fort Worth's 15 offices.
In 1999 the office was top in sales in the nation for units closed for offices of its size. In 1999, 2000, 2002, 2003, 2005-2008, and 2009-15 Betsy earned membership in the prestigious President’s Council, the firm’s top 20 percent of managers in the United States.
Since becoming a Realtor in 1971 while a senior at Texas Christian University (TCU), Betsy has served hundreds of clients and made available affiliation and optional training to many independent agents. "The secret of this business is to find people of fine character who want to help people make good real estate decisions," says Betsy. “When that is accomplished, then the fun part begins – helping customers find the homes of their dreams.
The Tanglewood office has a long tradition of success and is a leading office in Fort Worth. Several agents have been affiliated with the office for over 30 years. All have the opportunity to attend community events and meetings in Fort Worth. “This helps independent agents put a face on Coldwell Banker out in the public,” says Betsy.
“Betsy is an exceptional manager who knows the real estate business, understands the needs of buyers and sellers, and is a firm believer of professionalism and ethics in the real estate business,” says Frank Obringer, president and chief operating officer of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Dallas-Fort Worth.
