As young parents with a young child buying a house for the first time we couldn’t of been more lucky to come across Betsey. We called her originally because she was selling a house right near where we live that we loved, our son would not have to switch schools it was right in our price range, location, and everything that we wanted; sadly when I called Betsy it was already under contract.

Betsey did ask if we had a buyers agent and I had no idea what that was so I agreed to let her be ours. It was the best we made! She helped us through everything more than any other agent would! She led us in the right direction for financing, she walked us through millions of questions and was very honest with us when seeing houses, even if she was the one selling!

After a couple of months of looking and making offers that weren’t accepted, we decided to look outside of our city thinking we’d never find one exactly where we wanted for our price. The next day, Betsy informed us the buyer fell through for the original house we fell in love with! We got the house of our dreams, but Betsy didn’t stop there, she helped us make sure the house was ready for inspection, helped make sure we understood the entire process, answered my texts even late at night while I anxiously waited for closing. After closing she continued! She stayed in contact to see if we needed anything, checked in to make sure we were settling nicely, and continues to help with recommendations, and answering questions whenever I need something!

She is an incredibly kind, fun, and brilliant human being and is amazing at her job. She would get 10 stars if I was able! Anyone looking to buy or to sell would be beyond lucky to have Betsy in their corner!!

Before even meeting Betsy for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised by her genuine kindness and eagerness to help me. I was on the way to meet with a seller's agent to see a property on my own when she returned a call and we spoke for the first time. She immediately offered to pick me up at the train station and drop me off at the house, even though she wasn't representing me! That really stood out to me as someone who really goes out of her way for people.
Within a couple weeks, she called me to tell me about a house that I absolutely had to see. It was a house that I hadn't planned on considering, but I was going to open houses in the area and decided to stop by. I'm forever grateful for her intuition, because I loved it and my offer was accepted! Since we started the offer and P&S process at the onset of the pandemic, delays arose but Betsy was always positive and reassured me that everything would work out. Since she grew up on the North Shore and has worked there for a long time, her connections and knowledge of the area were incredibly helpful. She is clearly dedicated and loves what she does, and she values establishing long lasting relationships with her clients that extend way beyond closing.
