Unlike other agents, Bettina focuses on local neighborhoods of Fairfax County and Alexandria/Mt. Vernon. She is a caring and knowledgeable agent with many years of real estate experience. She has rehabilitated and marketed several properties herself and is familiar with ins and outs of construction process. I recommend Bettina to contractors/investors looking for properties with rehab/upgrade potential. Bettina knows about each neighborhood, type of residents, and their unique characteristics. Friendly, honest and trustworthy! Sometimes you get the first but when hundreds of thousands of dollars (or over $1 million!) is being invested, you need the other two.
