About Betty

President of Betty LaBranche Real Estate, Inc., licensed since 1978. Opened first real estate office in Hampton in 1979, continued to ‘grow’ the independent agency and established the Exeter office seven years later in 1986. A Portsmouth office opened in November of 2003. Previously named Realtor of the Year by Seacoast Board of Realtors and is a past president of the organization.

Former Chairperson of Seacoast Board of Realtors, Professional Standards Panel.
Presently holds Graduate Buyer Agent designation.
Past Chairman of Seacoast Multiple Service.
Named to the NH Association of Realtors Honor Society for 20 consecutive years – inductees in the honor society are chosen through a point system which takes into account such issues as involvement in national, state and local real estate organizations, on-going industry training and excellent business ethics.

Community involvement has consisted of many school organizations as well as the Dollars for Scholars program and The David Barrows Mud in your Eye event.

Presently a member of the Exeter Chamber of Commerce. Past activity includes serving as the president of the Exeter Area Chamber of Commerce’s Board of Directors, chairing the Chamber’s Annual Meeting, Co-chairing the Chamber’s Membership Roundtable, member of Strategic Plan committee, past Chairperson of one of the Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Seacoast fundraising events.

Past Board Member and secretary of the Seacoast Repertory Theatre.

Was responsible for the creation of the Exeter Chamber’s “Kitchen Tour” which turned into a very profitable yearly event.
