Betzy Rivera

Betzy is originally from Guayaquil, Ecuador. At the age of 19 she moved to New York. She attended Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry NY where she received her Bachelor degree in Business Administration. Betzy and her family moved to West Palm Beach, Florida in 1997. In 2004 she enrolled in the real estate school and received her real estate license and commenced her new career as a professional Realtor.
Betzy has built her success on four guiding principles - Integrity, Knowledge of the marketplace, Understanding the needs of her clients, and a Strong Work Ethic.
Betzy is a graduate of the Realtor Association of the Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors Leadership Academy of 2017 and since then she has been involved in leadership positions in her local Association. Currently she holds position as a 2021 North Palm Beach Regional Board of Director, 2021 Vice-Chair Global Alliance Committee Palm Beach County, 2021 Government Affairs PBC Committee member. She also served as Florida Realtor Director from 2018 to the present. In 2018 she earned Florida Realtors Honor Society. She is a 2021 Committee Member Resort Second Home at Florida Realtors, 2021 Appraisal Breakout Group Committee member Florida Realtor, 2021 Resort Second Home Real Estate NAR (National Association of Realtors) Committee member. 2018/2019 Board of Director National Association Hispanic Real Estate Professional NAHREP Palm Beach County Chapter. 2019 Women’s Council of Realtor of Greater Palm Beaches Board of Directors. She is RPAC Major Investor since 2018 always advocating for property owner's right and homeownership.
Betzy has earned her Designation as Certified International Professional Specialist (CIPS) she also holds Certifications such as Military Relocation Professional (MRP) honoring her two sons who currently serve in the U. S. ARMY, Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS). Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS), At Home with Diversity Certification (AHWD).

Her passion in the real estate business is connecting buyers and sellers locally and globally!!.
