A proud Indiana native, Bev Roberts was born and raised in the scenic hills of Brown County. Since 1991, she and her husband, Dave, have called the Columbus area home while maintaining close ties to family and community in Brown County. Married since 1975, Bev and Dave have built a life rooted in faith, family, and service—raising three children and now enjoying the joy of three grandchildren nearby.
With over 19 years of experience in real estate and a background in sales, home planning, and interior design, Bev and Dave bring unmatched insight and dedication to their clients.
Bev holds a degree in Interior Design and previously served as a deaf interpreter for 11 years before transitioning into real estate—a role that sharpened her communication skills and deepened her ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
Bev has successfully guided hundreds of buyers and sellers through smooth and rewarding transactions, with career sales exceeding $100 million. Her expertise spans home staging, strategic marketing, negotiations, and new construction planning. Earning the designation of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) demonstrates Bev's commitment to life-long learning. As a licensed Real Estate Educator, Bev also teaches pre-licensing courses to aspiring REALTORS® across Indiana.
