Bevan has been representing clients in the purchase, lease, and sale of residential, multifamily, and investment property since 2005. As an investor in real estate himself, Bevan’s philosophy is always to approach each transaction as if he were the client. Having participated in transactions totaling into the nine-figures over the past 15 years has not only provided him experience navigating this often competitive and complex market, but his varied experience gives him a unique perspective that he is pleased to be able to share with his clients.

Bevan’s educational background include Boston University, St. Ignatius College Preparatory, and Stuart Hall. It never ceases to amaze him how much his relationships dating back to grammar school have impacted his business, but San Francisco has always been a small town where who you know matters.

He currently lives in San Francisco with his wife, twin girls, Willow and Freyja, and their dog-brother, Oscar.
