Beverly Carroll has been buying, selling, and managing properties for many years and coaching people to achieve their potential for just as long. As a professional Realtor®, Beverly has combined the two activities that come naturally to her: helping people and buying & selling homes. Paving the way for success in real estate, she has been a liaison, analyst, confidant, and advocate for hundreds of families as part of multiple roles at Shepherd Center and Shepherd Pathways for over 25 years. Nearly every day of her career, Beverly has been interviewing, assessing, problem solving, planning, counseling, and advocating for individuals and families. Just as properties and homeowners vary greatly and each buyer and seller are different from the next, the folks she has served have been taking on some of life's toughest mental and physical challenges, each under a different set of family, social, and economic dynamics. As much as she loves helping people professionally, she recognized early in life how much she loved engaging with people in her community. Throughout her life, Beverly has been involved with her local School PTA as President/Vice President and has overseen the PTA Board and Committee Chair Members, volunteers, budget, fundraising projects, donation letters, and Small Grant Writing. She has also served as Hands on Atlanta Day Coordinator, Annistown Coordinator, and as a Board Member of Parent Center Title One Board, Gwinnett Local Counsel.
