I own and operate a working farm, alongside my husband of 38 years. Living out of state and looking for a house/property is very difficult. Beverly's knowledge of the area not only made it possible but her integrity made the process easy and comfortable. She took the time to understand what we were looking for and went out of her way to find us new listing and promptly share the3m with us . Her dedication and professionalism allowed us to close on a property in a very competitive market when were thousands of miles away. Beverly followed up with us after the sale to aid us with local utilities and permitting for improvements. We would definitely work with her in the future and recommend her to friends.
