A South Carolina native, Beverly has lived in Atlanta since 1997, making her an expert guide on the community itself. She found her niche in real estate back in 2003 when she began with Keller Williams Realty, and previously enjoyed a 25-year career in sales.
Experienced in all fields of real estate, Beverly’s strengths include buying and selling strategies. investment properties, short sales, foreclosures, building and construction, residential financing, business brokerage, and communicating current real estate trends.
She provides strong market analysis and is a strategic negotiator with a thorough understanding of real estate contracts and requirements. She also maintains a strong network of top brokers and agents within the industry, and is a member of the Cherokee Board of REALTORS® with certifications that include ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) and PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor).
Beverly’s favorite part of the job continues to be the strong relationships she builds with clients, becoming more than just a real estate agent, but a friend and advisor as well.
In addition to her passion for real estate, Beverly enjoys being a member of Northpoint Community Church, participating as a small group leader for the Middle School Ministry and serving on the Host Team as well. She also enjoys hiking, entertaining, playing pickleball and spending time with her husband and two sweet cats.
