I would recommend Bev Fisher to anyone whether they are buying or selling. After the loss of my mom, we hired Bev to sell my mom's house and a rental property for us; she was wonderful to work with and very understanding of what I was going through. She sold both houses within 2 months of each other! She is AWESOME!!!!

Working with Bev was a pleasure. She was responsive, friendly and resourceful, helping us navigate what could have been a very daunting cross-country home purchase process. At every stage of the purchase process, she was a great advocate for our interests, first helping us coordinate home viewings of numerous homes to find the right home, then advising us on a competitive offer commensurate with the local market conditions.

When our original big-box lender backed out on us without explanation or recourse following original pre-approval, an accepted offer and home appraisal, Bev was instrumental in salvaging the purchasing process. She connected us with a trustworthy and efficient local lender from her own network who was substantially more transparent and was able to close on our loan in half the time of our original lender and at a lower interest rate - and who was able to close within 1 day of our original closing date despite picking up the loan weeks after original offer acceptance.

Thanks to Bev's quick thinking, knowledge of the local Indiana market and network of trustworthy contacts, we were able to close on the home despite the major setback halfway through the purchasing process. It is not an exaggeration to say that if not for Bev, we would very likely not be on track achieve our personal goals of living closer to family in an Indiana home that is right for us.

I would recommend Bev to anyone looking to purchase a house in Indiana.

Bev has been amazing to work with. I came in not knowing nothing about buying a house. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. She was always there to answer ANY questions I had.
