Beverley was such a great help in the whole homebuying process altogether and even afterwords moving from out of state. She was willing to go and tour houses and FaceTime and show us the house and give us her opinion meet my parents at the house so we would be able to get a secondary opinion from somebody who’s a little closer to us. Beverley had our interest in her best interest at all times, and was willing to go up to bat for us more than once I highly recommend you utilize Beverley as your real estate agent be at your selling or buying. I know that when I go to sell my house and buy a new one, I will more than likely be using Beverley as long as I’m in the same area lol 10 out of 10

Not only did she take the time to explain what we were doing or signing when we were confused - but she also made us feel important and like everything we were looking for in a home was attainable with the budget we had to work with! My husband and I were referred to Bev by someone who has used her in the past and who had nothing but glowing recommendations for her. As I write this, we are still waiting on the closing date for our home. About a week ago, maybe more, I asked Bev how I could do reviews, if ReMax has a survey, absolutely anything I could do for Bev. Because this whole process has been nothing but a nightmare **DUE TO THE SELLING AGENT.** Dear Lord, first time homebuyer here so I don't know what the process is, but Bev told me that this is definitely not normal. Because of this stress, I have called and texted and called and texted and called and texted Bev and let me tell you. She has answered every single call no matter what time (I mean come on, I'm not her only client and she has a family) and has responded to every text. And, get this, she still apologizes to me for the frustration when she has gone above and beyond and the issues are definitely not her fault. I TRULY cannot praise Bev enough, as I hope is evident in that, again, we haven't even closed yet. Bev is THAT dedicated to her clients. You won't find a better realtor, I promise you that.

We really enjoyed working with Beverly, she is very responsive and stays in touch throughout the entire process. What really stood out is how much she went out of her way to help us find contractors or other businesses to help us get our house ready to sell, and to fix issues found during the home inspection. Beverly would literally call several different places for us to get quotes, something that I was sure I'd have to take care of myself! This was extremely helpful considering how busy I was trying to sell and buy at the same time. Beverly handled both the sell of our home and the purchase of our new one, which can be stressful ensuring the timelines match up so we didn't end up homeless for a period of time. It did get hectic at closing, since we closed on both the same day, but in the end Beverly made sure everything worked out! If your looking for a realtor who will actually help you through the whole process, and work for you to save as much money as possible, you should definitely consider Beverly!
