I listed my home with Beverly Hamill, Assoc. Broker with Silver Advantage Real Estate because she came to my home unexpected .A client told her I was preparing to sale my home. She was polite, excited and knowledge about the sales in my area. I suggested a price and she offered to research the compotes and get back with me. She was professional in her presentations and I was impressed with her exciting marketing plan . The process began. Beverly was always positive and claim, about all out comes.
True to her nature and promise all went well and closed with all parties Happy. Beverly Did a GREAT job for me and she will do an even Better job for you.

Over the years, my husband and I have worked with many realtors. Beverly Hamill was the best of the lot.
