We used Beverly to sell my fathers house and to purchase his new downsized home. Beverly was excellent overall. She helped us through each step of the buying and selling of his homes. Beverly sold his home at the previously discussed price and we were very happy. In purchasing the new home, Beverly worked hard to make sure we had many options and explained the the differences between each. She was extremely patient while we looked for dads perfect home.
